Looks like a good plugin but none of the support tickets are resolved

I was going to check this plugin out but none of the support tickets have been resolved, so I don’t think I’ll be giving it a shot. Also, the last compatible version is listed as 3.9.5 so there’s a chance this is’t even active anymore.
