Looks promising, not for US users.

  • Despite the plugin shows in English, there is no explanation in English and some areas are in German. Due to the language barrier and lack of info in a language I could understand, I ended up having to skip. I still gave it 5 stars because it does look very well done and functional. Hopefully a version for US/UK that could be used by sites other than .de ones (or by German speaking users) will be available in the near future. Thanks for what it looks like a nice plugin to handle cookies for google analytics opt out/in.

    Hi,

    thank you for this rating and your feedback, really appreciate it.

    We’re currently looking for someone who will translate the documentation.
    Everything else in the plugin is already translated and can be changed for international websites.

    The general problem: There are some special parts that only affect websites in Germany or general the European Union. For example this is not directly relevant for US websites.

    Thank you and hope in future you could make a version of the plugin available to the US market where there’s also a need to comply with the EU laws no matter how nonsensical they may seem or be. Thanks for the kind followup ??
