Please specify what type of lookup table you mean, probably you have an example of using this option? Please describe your request in more detail. If there is no such option at the moment, we will consider this idea and, if relevant, we will try to integrate this functionality in future updates.

In the Pro version of the Cost Calculator it is possible to add calculators to WooCommerce products:

But there is no option to create a Lookup table for now. We created a task for our roadmap as a feature request.
