    Hi,
after updating to wordpress 5.6 and doing a site diagnose I am getting a loop back request error which (after testing all my plugins) orginaties from the wppizza plugin, or at least it only shows up with wppiza active. This is the error

`cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10000 milliseconds with 0 bytes received (http_request_failed)

What could cause such an error and how do I prevent wppizza from triggering it?

Is there a setting I can turn of or is this a bug?

    Thanks and greetings

wppizza doesnt use curl requests anywhere (though some wppizza premium extensions/plugins do)

in any event, curl errors are caused by curl setup and/or server related curl issues and/or things (other plugins perhaps, but that’s unlikely) that block curl requests or a number of other possible causes

you should search for “cURL error 28” or similar – or indeed talk to your server administrator / host – as this is nothing the plugin has any control over I’m afraid

    here’s a starting point

on second thoughts, let me check something here for a bit
in any event though, even if it is related to what i think it might be , if it only happens in the site health check and nowhere else, you can safely ignore this for now unless you see some ill effects elsewhere

will get back to you here when i’ve messed around with a few things to check stuff

ok, so it seems wp changed something in 5.6 (might have been 5.5, but not sure and it’s not relevant and I’ll spare you the details)

the next version of the wppizza plugin will address that, but for the moment, you can ignore this as it’s a false positive somewhat and most certainly not critical (with regards to the wppizza plugin)

thanks for letting me know though
