Loop Template not formatting for mobile

    In the loop template the mobile formatting looks perfect, the rows stack on top of each other. But in the actual page using the template, they display side by side, they’re the incorrect width, and they are not stacking in mobile.

    I made sure all rows had a width of 100% in mobile. Still nothing. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
