Loopback request and Gravatar

    Ultimate member Version : 2.0.17
    Just free add on are installed

    After several days of testing this plugin that I had using 3 years with 1.3.89 I think
    The Ultimate Member 1 was cool and no bad issues just some bugs but this version need a lot of fixes.

    The first one is : Gravatar – Not working even when these options YES :
    Use Gravatar = YES
    Default
    YES

    Not working – And the option : (Gravatar Transfer is lost)

    Second : After disable all plugins and everything just a theme and install health check by www.ads-software.com and checking health I found out that Ultimate Member make an issue with Loopback request and make it not working.

    This is the error after Ultimate Member plugins was installed and activated :

    The loopback request to your site failed, this may prevent WP_Cron from working, along with theme and plugin editors.<br>Error encountered: (0) cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10000 milliseconds with 0 bytes received

    So when I disable it everything is work and loop back seems OK

    Hi @jarvisai,

    It looks like a conflict with your theme or other plugins.
    This can be also caused by your server settings.

    Have you set any custom redirects or added any access restriction?
    Please also check error.log file of your server and see if you have any errors there.
    The Gravatar transfer tool was deprecated in the 2.0 version of the plugin.

    for loopback error is one of my script in server

    for gravatar the issue is still out there and i dont know how to make it right .

    I have the same issue. Health Check is point to UM with a loopback issue.
