  • Lorem ipsum text is usually generated by the theme.
You may want to consider temporarily switching to a default (Twenty*) theme.

Less likely, but also possible, is that the text was generated by a plugin.
In that case, you may wish to temporarily disable all of your plugins and to re-enable them one-by-one in order to isolate the issue.

But i want to keep this theme, this text should be somewhere to be edited right?

Switching to a different theme (temporarily) is a standard troubleshooting option used to confirm that the text is actually being generated by the theme.

However, it is your site and your time and if you do not feel comfortable doing that, even for a short period of time, that is okay.
You can continue looking for the place to edit the text (which I am guessing based on the limited information available) is your theme files (which are inadvisable to edit directly, just as a heads-up), or alternatively you may wish to hire a developer. If that is something you are interested in, you can post a job at https://jobs.wordpress.net

i have hestia, i just switched and at the costumisor i could change the blog post preview, and get the first tekst of the blog (which is good) but as soon as i put back the other theme it will go back to lorem and i dont see the blog button in costumer not anymore.

In that case, the best place to ask would be here:

You may first want to have a look at the theme documentation (particularly in reference to the setup of the theme) here:
