Lose carts after update

  • Hi, i have a problem with woocommerce, when i try to update from 2.5.5. to 3.2.3
    i lose all carts, when i login in i see the cart empty and before it was full, i don’t know why, ther is a possibility to recover it?
    Also cause i can see all information with woocommerce toolkit in the user page and still exist _woocommerce_persistent_cart with the correct information
