Lose filename on upload/download.

    When I upload and then download a .docx file, it downloads with the filename docx (no extension). I have also run into a password-protected file not downloading. Instead of getting a page to enter the password I land on a page that says “Oops, that page doesn’t exist.” I do have a warning that WP Document Revisions has not been tested with my version of WordPress. Using latest version of both. Happy to try any test. Thank you.
