Loses all data/block

    hi guys,
    Today I open my website and I don’t see the Ad Inserter Pro blocks anymore.

    I open the plugin and everything is gone, no blocks saved, no settings saved. How to have Ad Inserter installed first.

    Is there any way to recover data?

    I also updated today to see if it recovered itself.

    It already happened to me 1 year ago, same problem.
    Maybe w3 total cache or other plugins create conflict :\

    Hello,

    the plugin does not delete anything unles you manually click on the button Reset all settings to delete all the settings.

    It seems you have issues with the database.
    Pelase check for any errors, especially the ad_inserter option in the wp_options table.

    You can restore this option if you have a backup of the database.

    This applies also to the free Ad Inserter.
    However, as pro user you can contact their support.

    I also think it is database problem. But that database backup of 19/09 does not solve the problem, even if on that date it worked.

    Do you have other advice?

    Can you try to export the ad_inserter option in the wp_options table?

    Fixed, I loaded old backups and deactivated w3 total cache database minimization. I think the problem is this option of w3 total cache, I will leave it disabled.
