Losing connection to MetaMask

Good Day,
I am using Suika and working on localhost.
I’m constantly losing connection to MetaMask, and asks me to “Connect to MetaMask” all the time. As a result, I cannot use the NFT My Bids, NFT Authors screens as it does not show anything. The NFT My Items also does not show anything, but I can access it from the horizontal bar that also has the “Mint a new item” button. There, I have to click the connect button and go in immediately to see My Items.
Note that when I look at MetaMask, once I connect the first time, it always shows that I am connected.
Please assist.
