Losing Formatting After Saving Form

Attempted to update a form from last year. I’m editing the text in visual mode. Every time I save it the formatting is completed erased (font-weight, links, spacing, newlines, etc.) I tried doing it through HTML, but the formatting is still erased. Unsure of what could be causing this.
