• Can you help guys please, I’ve done something stupid.
My Themes were originally #3 being Kubricks Default,Classic and my chosen theme (mytheme). After uploading and using
(mytheme)I created all the files/content etc. I then did a
W3C Mark-up Validation on it and it reported 17 errors. Thinking this might be important and attempting to be xtml/html perfect, I had previously contacted the Theme Author, when using his theme on a previous site, and he had kindly provided me with a new theme which validated perfectly. I was using self-same theme again currently. I thought maybe I had confused the original with the reworked
so uploaded the revised files. The Themes changed but only to Kubricks?. I then deleted all Themes in wp-content-themes and uploaded my latest (mytheme) files.
The uploaded theme does not show and I am left with a Presentation Screen that merely says; Current Theme>by>All this theme’s files are located in..>Available Themes. There is another Heading Broken Themes > Name> Stylesheet missing.
When I removed Kubricks, did I remove some basic file structure or something?
Any advice appreciated. Back later in day.
    Thanks

For other simple ‘know nothing’ souls who may have inadvertently done what I did and panicked. The answer would seem to be that you cannot remove the ‘default’ Kubrick Theme as this removes some vital stuff and you can’t see diddly afterwards. (excuse the techie talk)
To get a new set of themes, I set up a new WordPress Installation and via ftp, ‘transferred’ it’s ‘themes’ pack to my faulty Installation. It merely copied the standard ‘themes’ files and still left the original intact. Result, themes back to normal.
