Loss of header image after update

  • Hi there,

    I recently updated my wordpress istallation together with the azeria theme and all plugins. Unfortunately this had the effect that my background image in the header area is gone.
    I checked the theme settings: The header image is correctly set but not displayed.
    I tired replacing the recent image with another one from the media library, but after I selected the image the following window (to cut or resize the image) stays blank and hitting the button to confirm the action does nothing.
    The problem seems to be unique in the customizer with the azeria theme. Adding images to posts or pages does stil work properly. The wordpress build in status report for the page does not report any issues.

    I would be glad, if someone can help me in dealing with this issue.

    @juppi91 I’ve archived that reply. The company that contacted you is a very disreputable work spammer company. Don’t deal with them, just block their email.

    Thank you for reporting that but they’ve earned a lifetime ban from this site. All references to them get removed when found.
