Well, I messed up and when I got a new phone I lost all Google Authenticator connections. Even when they copy your phone over to a new device, you loose all of it.
I also do not seem to have the backup codes.
How can I access my account on Wordfence.com to get to Wordfence Central? Note I do not have an issue accessing any of the websites, I just can not access Wordfence Central.

    Thank you in advance.

Hi @steve49589, thanks for your message and I’m sorry to see you’ve had issues with losing your 2FA codes.

We don’t officially endorse any particular authenticator, but I personally use Authy which can restore your codes across devices if that helps you for future reference. Some password managers now offer the ability to save 2FA information too.

To regain access to Wordfence Central, as the forums are public, please contact our team at lockout @ wordfence . com. Provide the email address or username that is associated with the account in your message so that we can assist you further.

    Many thanks,
    Peter.
