lost 2fa password, can’t access or contact support

    hello

    i can’t open a new ticket because i can’t login to wordfence central..

    i have a new phone and for some reason google authenticator app did not transfer from the previous phone which don’t have access to anymore.

    i also can’t find the security codes of 2FA..so basically i can’t log in!

    can we pelase reset 2fa (login to?wordfence) for?freshuk.co.il? tried to contact you guys on email but i got no reply, and i can’t open a ticket because i can’t login.

  • Hey! I can’t enter 2FA, as my phone failed. Help to get around this problem, I do not want to delete your plugin, I like it.

    OPD: The whole problem was solved, renamed the folder with the plugin, entered, and then returned everything as it was.
