Lost a ton of business. Infected with malware.

  • If you have a woocommerce site and depend on sales, stay far away from this plugin.
    Malware was injected with the plugin.The code is terrible and still has holes in it after they fixed it. This is the first time we have had a hacked site. After we deleted the plugin, the hack was gone but our Google Adwords got suspended. The review team can’t fix it until Monday. We lost 60k in sales this weekend. Going back to ZenDesk chat and will remember this plugin developer for a longtime.

    Our sincerest apologies for the trouble experienced. We have been working closely with the review team to ensure these issues are resolved in the latest release of the plugin.

    The latest version of WP Live Chat Support includes a complete security update which prevents further attacks and attempts to remove any code injected by earlier attackers as well.

    We do realize this has affected a number of users and we do apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this has caused.

    Since Google has a problem with Cache and Malware, they still think our site is infected. We are working with a supervisor and so far we have now lost 200K in sales thanks to your plugin.
