lost a year’s worth of posts from wp.com blog transfer HELP!

I’m a newbie to wp.org but I’ve been using wp.com for a year and a half. I bought my own domain a month ago and uploaded wp.org. Then I saved my wp.com export file and imported it onto my new wp.org site. But somehow I lost eleven months worth of posting. Most of the posts are saved as drafts but I also lost about 800 comments that I’d like to keep in the transfer.
Can anybody help me?
