lost access to editing the website

Hi,
I am a volunteer for this charity website. the website has been untouched for so long that, all the saved password and login details were erased from the browser and I could no long contact our previous volunteer. Pls help me gain access to the site again for we need to do many updates.

The user details can be accessed and adjusted in the database that is connected to the website. The database is often accessible in the webhosting account. Contact the website owner to get the access to the webhosting account. Volunteers on this forum do not have access to the webhosting account.
