Lost access to my wp admin

  • So I’m an intern at my company and have been assigned to editing their site. All was well and I was messing around with the settings because I had never used WordPress before. That’s when I accidentally changed something in the general settings and lost access to the site and wp-admin site.

    To be specific, in the general settings of the newest WordPress there is a “WordPress address (URL)” and a “Site address (URL).” Before I changed anything both of the addresses were the same – https://www.afrny.com

    Not knowing it would completely change everything I changed just the WordPress address (URL) to https://www.afrny.com/wp-admin

    Once I did that the site lost all of the designs gained through WordPress and I am unable to to log back in because I cannot get to the wp-admin log in of the site.

    My question is how do I get back to the wp-admin log in or how do I get back to the general settings of my site and fix my mistake.
