Lost access to pro support

Hi!

I have taken over maintenance of a website which has Members List PRO installed. I can see the activation key in the backend, but I don’t have the login details of the account. The person who set this up originally is probably hard to reach.

I need an update to the current version of the plugin, and I need support wrt translating the labels in the members list to English.
How should I proceed?
