    Hi,

I recently just paid for an external web developer company to move my website from wordpress.com to worpress.org. Whilst the transfer was successful the new www.ads-software.com functionality is different from what I had. I no longer have a list of my subscribers, the statistics page with details of website views and the extra GB space of about 10 GB I paid for in the previous wordpress.com site.

The web developer company have suggested they will not have access to this information or plugins and that I directly contact wordpress support for access and help with this.

My website is https://www.roundtablediscussionblog.com and your help will be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks

    Mayo.

  • You will need to start adding plugins – like Jetpack – for site stats & subscribers. You can also contact the folks over at wordpress.com to get your old subscribers move to your new self-hosted site.

Thank you for your prompt response. Once I have access to the subscribers how will I move them over to the new wordpress? and In addition what happens to the extra GB space I had previously.

    Thanks
