Lost admin access to a sub-site

I have a multisite install where somehow, my network admin username has lost access to a sub-site dashboard. (I was adding a new user to this site, but clearly didn’t intend this!)

Can someone tell me how to add the network admin back in as a user of a sub-site? I’m assuming that there is a way to do this…
