lost admin password

    I can login as my own user with no admin rights but I lost the password that logs in as admin,
    I tried the password retrieval but then it says theres no such user as Admin?
    anyway around this?

    actually I found it out in the database under
    wp_users
    also noticed a fake login from a greymatter import, that might be security risk.
    user name: alice
    pass: password
    I never put that there so the import pulls over an acount that by default is setup when you use greymatter.

    I know nothing about mysql. Any tips on an easy way to login to mysql and pull down that table?

    Nevermind, just found out my host had phdmyadmin installed ?? Thanks !

    Look on a cpanel for ‘mysql administration’ or phpmyadmin.
    Once in, you need to browse the tables. Some stuff on phpmyadmin here might help:
