Lost Admin Username I have Password l Please Help

    Hello,

    I forgot my wordpress blog username to edit my blog. I have found my password via php file. Can anyone please tell me how to find my username to edit my blog again, or use phpmyadmin to find it?

    This is an dedicated wordpress blog. I appreciate your time, and any help.
