Lost all controls after windows reinstall

Hello forum,

I am very new to websites designing and this was my first website. Due to some reason, i have to reinstall the windows. After re-installing bitnami wordpress, i lost all my progress on my website. I have the backup of previous installed files. Forum please help me to restore my progress as it took great amount of time to install those plugins.
