    We are attempting to adjust our colours & logos. I click Appearance & the menu expands, I click Customize. The screen shows the customize menu. But I am ONLY the option to customize widgets. No Menus, No Topography, Not Header page, Customize CSS, Nothing. If I expand the widget option, I am told “Your theme has 25 widget areas, but this particular page doesn’t display them. You can navigate to other pages on your site while using the Customizer to view and edit the widgets displayed on those pages.”
    That is all that appears & now our logo can not be replace nor our colours updated..

    We have Blossom Spa pro. We did not renew our package but this *just* changed & it expired in April.

    Any thoughts?? This is fairly urgent.

    Do you mean that your site customizer is not displaying any options to customize your site?

    If so then sometimes, this issue is seen due to some plugin conflict.

    Can you please try deactivating all the plugins except the recommended plugins and hard reload ( Ctrl+ Shift + R ) your site by clearing the cache? If this fixes the issue, activate the essential plugins one by one and check your site at the same time to find the conflicting plugin.

    If this doesn’t resolve the issue, kindly let us know.

    @cles20 For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
