Lost all of my followers, likes, comments

I recently changed from wordpress.com to www.ads-software.com hosted through GoDaddy. I have had nothing but drama ever since. I lost all of my followers and email subscribers. I had WP transfer my .com followers and they did… Then today, one of my readers told me that she was getting an error message when she tried to post a comment. So, I had my “guy” go back in and reset the jetpack. I believe he disabled the .com and made sure that everything was redirecting to the hosted site.
My traffic has literally gone to an all time low, a 75% drop! I get no comments, no likes, nothing, it’s like I don’t exist.
When the jetpack was reset, i lost all of my followers and subscribers AGAIN!!! I can’t even deal with this anymore. It’s been going on for at least a month. ALL of my hard work it falling apart in front of my eyes and no one has answers.
