Lost all Rating Forms and Schemes

  • Hi sorry back again! Having upgraded all EW as per my earlier message but have lost all rating forms and schemes. Ouch this is a major! Any ideas how to get them back?

    Your earlier item seemed to refer to EntryWizard, and this is an Ewz-Rating issue — are you sure you re-activated the Ewz-Rating plugin? — it would have been automatically de-activated when you deactivated EntryWizard.

    To be quite sure the data is actually gone, you would have to access the database and look at the ewz-rating tables.

    If it’s actually gone, your only recourse would be a database backup. You should be keeping your own, but a lot of hosting companies also keep some sort of backup. Grab one before it gets overwritten.
