Lost all reviews

  • The free version is ok. The paid one is extremely over priced for the features it offers. We signed a 1 year contract for $5,032.00 (2 payments). We paid half for the first 6 months then we did not want to continue with the paid version and just keep using the free version.
    They’ve blocked our account and of course we have lost all of our reviews (for which we have paid).

    To keep my review short, IT IS NOT WORTH using this plugin. At the end, you will loose your reviews. We ended with WooCommerce Reviews Pro, which is extremely cheap comparing with Yotpo AND, you OWN the reviews.
