Lost all stats

    Hello

    I am having issues with my Jetpack stats. About 4-5 days ago they stopped loading, showing continuously the “thinking” circle. At first it might have been my slow internet connection (as I was away from home), but eventually gave in to the fact something was wrong. So I followed the guidance I found on this forum.

    1st I went directly to the stat URL (by typing it). This showed me all my stats but not for all my posts. It basically suggested I had published no posts since December.

    2nd I cleared my cache – nothing

    Lastly, I disconnected and reconnected Jetpack which has made me lost all stats. All previous data has disappeared and all I can see are the visitors since I reconnected jetpack an hour ago. I really hope this is solvable.

    I am at a loss for what to do and would appreciate any help you can provide.

    I’m sorry to hear about the trouble, but thanks for reaching out.

    The issue you reported with the stats not displaying could be related to a plugin conflict. The best way to figure it out is to temporarily deactivate all your plugins and check if the problem is fixed that way. If it works, then reactivate each plugin one by one to find out which one is causing problems.

    You’re welcome to try that and see if that fixes the issue; meanwhile, I have fixed the temporary lost stats issue; you can reconnect Jetpack by following these instructions and doing the plugin conflict test ??
