Lost "collapse menu" button

  • Dear friends, Louis here, unfortunately, when I edit a post on my blog, suddenly, I did not know what happened, but just find that the “collapse menu” disappeared!
    Now, there are only buttons on the left hand of the Dashboard, no text such as “Posts”, “Posts”.
    Please tell me how to get the “collapse menu” button back.

    Also, I have been re-upload “wp-admin” and “wp-includes”
    folders, but it doesn’t work.
    I don’t like to resolve it by install a plug-in, please give code work suggestions, thanks.

  • When your browser window is too narrow, the lefthand nav is always in collapsed mode, and the collapse/expand button is not displayed. Simple widen your browser window and you’re good to go.
