Lost .com Blog in Migration to .org

Help!

I’m working on building a site using www.ads-software.com. I purhcased hosting, downloaded 3.3.2, redirected the name servers, set up the ftp and started building the foundation. When I went to export the content of the old .com site, it no longer appeared in that user account as a blog. I need all the content from the old sit? Any ideas what happened or where I could find it?
