Lost comments after migrated website

Hello,

I migrated my website https://clubdelecturainfantil.com from one server to another. I used the standard procedure, I mean, I got a copy of the files and a backup of the database. I uploaded the files into the new server, imported the database and it worked. But after a review of the website I figured out that it lost the comments related to this plugin.

Is there a way to get them back?

I still need to migrate another website using this plugin. Is there a way to keep the comments?
