I noticed your WooCommerce core, WordPress, and WooCommerce Database versions are outdated. This can sometimes lead to some unexpected behavior so it’s worth updating them as a first step.

To perform the WC Database update please head to WooCommerce > Status > Tools, scroll down the list, and select “Update Database”. Also, make sure all your other plugins are up to date.

In addition to having a good backup, it would be a good idea to run and test updates on a staging environment first without modifying your live site or impacting customers.

Many hosts provide staging facilities, so it’s worth checking in with your host. It’s also possible to do it using the free WP Staging plugin.
