Lost cutomers due to plugin not working

This plugin doesnt work fully. I am running a woocomemrce shop and with the plugin activated the shop page should have captcha but the box doesnt show up for a customer to fill out. So every time they set to register and make a purchase they cant get past the page because of the error message saying they didnt fill out the captcha box. Well there is no box on the page to fill out. i tried disabling the woocommerce option no luck, disabled them all no luck either so I removed the plugin and the page was fine. This caused me to lose sales and customers because they were too frustrated to check out. Its not worth the annoyance it causes to customers if i could only have it on user registration forms/comments and not shop registration forms that would be great.
