and the new name is loseweightwithme.com
And to make matters worse I’ve seen there’s already a site called:
loseweightwithme.wordpress.com

Thanks very much, I’m afraid I can’t understand a word of that, as I think you might need to know code. I’m kind of stuck between 2 URLs :-/
The wp-admin suffix doesn’t work for either anymore.

You just need to edit some files. You can do that with the file manager provided by your host.

https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Changing_The_Site_URL#Edit_wp-config.php is the easiest way. Go to your website files and look for wp-config.php. It will be in the main (root) directory.
