Hi,

Was the order removed from your website, or is it that it has just disappeared from the affiliate dashboard?

The orders were not removed from the website. When looking at the affiliate user it says 13 referrals but when you click on the dashbord it then only shows 8

I see, is the order status for all those orders set to one that is shown on the affiliate dashboard?

It all looks correct. The coupon has been renamed and it looks like it has lost the previous track record. How can we make it sow?

Renaming the coupon would indeed refresh the statistics, since the data shown on the dashboard is tied to the coupon name.

It looks like there’s a significant delay in the update of the dashboard. I can now see orders from Sept 28

The dashboard should update instantly as soon as orders are placed.

If you have any caching or performance plugins enabled, could you try clearing the cache or excluding the dashboard page from caching?
