    – deactivate JoomSport
    – delete JoomSport
    – install the latest version of JoomSport

    hello @hering90

    Did the reinstall help?

Our recent release has big optimization to increase the Joomsport pages speed. We moved some data from WordPress native tables to our own. So once you update the version it might not recount all the seasons (in case the script ends up with timeout)

In most of the cases simple reinstall helps to resolve the problem. For bigger databases the special script is required, we help to resolve such cases.

Please let me know if reinstall solved the issue. Thank you!

    Hello
For me it is the same as for Hering90
Deactivate JoomSport, delete JoomSport, install the latest version of JoomSport, activate again – does not work.

    hi @beardev,
just one doubt before starting with deactivate/remove/install/activate flow.

I have 3 seasons data into my site (form 2019/2020 on…): what about my data?
There is some risk to loss them removing Joomsport and re-installing again?

Because removing procedure ask me a confirmation to remove Joomsport and its data.
    I don’t want to loose my data…
    Thanks. ciao.

    ops…

after deactivate Joomsport plug-in (and stopping before remove it…), I have activated it.
Now I have all data: so a simple deactivate/activate action solved the problem.

    Many thanks. Ciao. Sergio.
