lost everything with update

    i checked jetpack statistics and didnt show any statistic, then i saw a new version of jetpack existed, so told me if i updated to latest one they?l come back cos a few days ago they were working

    I did the update but i see that i lost all config and everything.
    How do i do so everything comes back?
    who else faced issues?
