Lost home page and nav bar

I am a WP newbie, so forgive the stupid mistakes. I was creating pages and I somehow had two Home Pages in the navigation bar, one was the blog page that I was given when I first started WP.

I somehow deleted the blog page, and now I have no navigation bar that show on the home page. I don’t exactly understand or know what I did. I just need to know how to get the home page I created to be the HOME page and then I want to add my second page and continue building the site from there.

Any and all help is GREATLY appreciated. I was hoping to get my site up and running this weekend.
