Lost homepage

    Is there a back up file saved somewhere of the homepage? All the information that was on the main page, such as header and new products have disappeared…

    Any help would be great.

    All the content for your site is stored in your database.
    Did you change themes or modify the existing one?

    I tired to modify an existing theme but accidentally pasted over top of important code.

    You might want to reinstall the theme. The actual data is usually stored in the database, unless you’ve modified the actual code, so that wouldn’t be lost. If you know what file you changed, just download the theme, unzip it, find that file, rename the one you changed (just to be safe), then copy the good one into the theme folder where it belongs.
