Lost image download feature

  • Since a couple of day I have apparently lost the ability to download and link to an image while posting.
    Do I recall this correctly or am I wrong?
    I still can upload an image and manually link to it but I am missing this handy feature that was available simply clicking on a button while editing/posting a blog.
    Any ideas as to what happened?
