Lost learn dash files after update

  • This afternoon I updated wordpress to 6.5.4 and it wiped out my courses in learn dash. I thought I had backed up the site and but it didn’t. How can I retrieve my data?

    Please HELP!!!!!

  • An automatic WordPress update from the dashboard should not wipe out your LearnDash plugin’s courses from the database, especially when it’s a single plugin’s data and not the rest of the site.

    If the LearnDash plugin isn’t working as you’d expect, please contact the plugin’s vendor for help. As this is a commercial product, we’re unfortunately unable to install it and offer any assistance.

    If you’ve indeed lost the LearnDash plugin’s data (however that may have happened), and you don’t have a backup, then, unfortunately, there’s no recourse and your only option is to start afresh.
