Lost my admin privilege to 3.4.1

I just started using wordpress in July, 2012, set up my site, let it run for months, and, just recently (in Nov.), logged back into wordpress to find that my dashboard lacked almost ALL of my admin tools!
So, I clicked “the admin page” at the top after the words: “All in One SEO Pack must be configured. Go to the admin page” “the admin page” was in red and I clicked through to a blank page that only said “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.”
What happened?! Can anyone help?
