Lost my Dashboard

  • Hello all last night i try to go live with Web hosting

    with wordpress

    so i did some tinkering and now i can not access my offline webpages on WordPress
    before i was able to log on and get to my Dashboard

    now i can not get to my dashboard at all

    i just takes me to partial webpages only

    and now i can not log in either
    does not recognize my username
    which was ADMIN
    and pass word

    what can i do?
    reinstall wordpress?
    reregister?
    suggestions please
