    I’m sorry to hear you had a bad experience.

    Can you link me to the topics where you didn’t receive a response (or where it took weeks to receive a response)? I’d love to check into things and figure out what went wrong.

    We strive for a first class support experience and it should be pretty clear to anyone perusing our Help Desk that a question receiving no response for several weeks is highly atypical indeed. If this has happened to you, you have our apologies – it’s not the norm and not what we aim for.
