Lost my two-step authentication

What is the URL of the site and what plugin were you using to provide the two-step authentication functionality?

To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and www.ads-software.com are two different entities: https://www.ads-software.com/support/article/wordpress-vs-wordpress-com/

With that said, if you have your backup codes https://wordpress.com/support/security/two-step-authentication/#backup-codes you can just use those.

If you didn’t save or print your backup codes, you’ll need to contact their support.

I lost my two step authentication code yesterday. I logged in to Wordfence and tried to add my website URL, but it did not recognize my WordPress website – https://www.diligenciair.com which has been online since 2019. Can you please help me?
