    I would like to know what backorders are, what their characteristics are, and why they are backordered. Can I do anything with them even after capturing the customer’s data and email?

    Hello @davidzhf,

    Backorders usually refer to orders for out-of-stock products. However, with the Cart Abandonment plugin, you can create recovery emails for abandoned orders. This means if a user adds products to the cart and leaves the checkout page after filling in their email, our plugin captures the email and sends recovery emails according to your scheduled settings.

    I’m referring to lost orders on this dashboard. Why are these orders lost? When checking the report, each customer has an email, but nothing was sent to them. I’d like to understand why this happens.

    Thanks for writing back.

    An abandoned order will be marked as lost after 30 days if it hasn’t been recovered, and it will be moved to the lost order list.
