    Hello, I found the plugin very good.

    I would just like to understand what rule it uses to place an order in the “Lost Orders” tab.

    How long does it take for it to place an order as “Lost Orders”?

    Thank you for your positive feedback about the plugin!

    Regarding your question about the “Lost Orders” tab, an order will be marked as a “Lost Order” if it is not recovered within 30 days. This means that if the customer does not complete the purchase or engage with the abandoned cart notifications during that time, the order will be moved to the Lost Orders list.
